📦 Shipping Information

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm NZST (business days only) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next business day.

We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are shipped via NZ Post.

Delivery typically takes 2–6 working days, depending on your location.
Rural addresses may take slightly longer.

Tracking is provided automatically. No signature is required.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived:

We will initiate an investigation with NZ Post.

If NZ Post confirms the parcel as lost following investigation, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout:

We are happy to resend your order.

Additional shipping costs will apply.

Please double-check your address before completing your order.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of ingestible supplements, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only)

We stand behind our product.

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Limited to one unit per customer

At least 50% of the product must remain

Proof of purchase required

We may request photo evidence of the remaining product

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

This guarantee does not apply to repeat purchases.

We reserve the right to decline refunds where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused.

Allergic Reaction or Intolerance

If you experience an allergic reaction or intolerance:

You must contact us within 7 days of purchase

Discontinue use immediately

Provide proof of purchase

We may request photos of the remaining product

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will arrange a replacement
